In the 1960s, architects in Lausanne started to use concrete in new and exciting ways, building structures with organic forms. Ville en tête decided to bring their under-appreciated history to light.

This project encompassed various publications, visits and workshops and introduced a new visual identity for the association.

The first publication for children aged 8 – 12 focused on four building with very different use cases. An office building, a university auditorium, a public bath and a theatre.

Icons of the overarching theme accompanied individual events. The main panoramic illustration got used in a modified version for the collective projects of Ville en tête, corridor and artist Bruno Aeberli under the umbrella Maladière Moderne, with the double M identity design by Omni Group.
